| Steel strip degreasing line is used for washing grease left on the cold rolling steel strip in the rolling process, cleaning surface of steel strip, and uncoiling for next bell type annealing process.
Steel strips are cleaned by chemical degreasing, electrolytic degreasing, alkali scouring and clean water flushing mode. Flushing water can be recycled and discharged, thereby reaching environmental protection and energy saving degreasing. Siemens S7-300 series PLC control system and LCD touch screen man-machine interface are adopted. AC variable frequency motor and vector inverter are used for controlling production line speed and steel strip tension. Hydraulic servo EPC is used for correction during winding. Taper tension control is adopted for solve the problem of strip adhesion during annealing.  Technical Parameters:
